Framework Online Class (Third Party)

Framework is a 3rd party online alternative to our in-person Homebuying Foundations class.

Registration is not part of your annual DevNW Membership.

Completing the eight-hour Framework Online course comes with a one-time counseling session.

This online course is designed for:

  • First-time homebuyers who cannot attend an in person DevNW Homebuying Foundations
  • Borrowers who need homebuyer education certificates to qualify for a loan

Get started : To get started, visit Framework Online, pay their $75 fee* and start the course. Click here for a video preview.

Complete: Once you have completed the course, call our DevNW office at 503.779.2680 to set up an appointment with one of our Asset Building Specialists. Upon completion of the course and your appointment, you will receive your first-time homebuyer education certificate of completion.

*Please note that Framework is offered by a third-party partner with their own $75.00 fee. This fee does not apply toward a DevNW Membership. If you wish to purchase a DevNW Membership in addition to the Framework fee, there will be an additional $75.00 fee.*
